The place is elegant and very cozy. The room are so clean. They're very strict to their policy which is good. Very nice location which is near at business centers, malls or shopping centers, schools, restaurants, and hospitals.

Room not so clean, found used clothing left behind by previous travellers under the bed. Floors are dusty. Wifi is not working very well, always cuts off with no internet connection. Staff were friendly and provide good service. Check in was smooth. Breakfast was simple and good.

サンフェルナンド周辺のホテルがなかなか無い中、貴重な存在でした。スタッフのサービスは○ 部屋は薄暗く、全體的に古い感じでした。 ランドリーサービス(有料)はあるようですが、返卻までに２日かかるとのことで斷念しました。 徒歩圏內にPURE GOLDストアがありそこは便利でした。

Been staying here whenever I'm in the country. I like the location: close to everything. Room is nice, and clean. All the staff are nice, courteous, and greets you with a smile. The breakfast served is good as well. Everyday is a different selection. The Bendix Hotel in San Fernando is my go to place when in Pampanga.
